退貨及退款政策

1. 小木柬網站的商品（包括現貨、預購書籍及其他商品）結帳後便正式成立訂單，恕不接受修改或取消。如需更改，請在收到商品後再進行退貨程序。
2. 所有商品不提供換貨，請於下單前確認購買項目。
3. 如書籍在寄送過程中有明顯破損，小木柬將提供免費退貨，若因其他原因退貨，則須自行承擔退貨的運費。請於收貨後7天內聯絡小木柬辦理退貨手續，我們在收到退回的書籍後會於7天內將款項（不包括運費）退回付款的帳戶。
4. 書籍若有封膜，拆封後恕不接受退貨。所有退貨必須維持商品原貌（含商品本體、說明書、內外包裝、活動贈品等）。
5. 申請退貨將針對商品銷售金額退款，原訂單運費恕不退回。

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. After completing the checkout process on the SMALL CHOICE BOOKS website (including ready-to-ship items, pre-order items, and other goods), the order is officially established; modifications or cancellations are not accepted. If changes are needed, please proceed with the return process after receiving the products.
2. All items are non-exchangeable; please confirm your selected items before placing an order.
3. If books are noticeably damaged during shipping, SMALL CHOICE BOOKS will offer free returns. If returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact SMALL CHOICE BOOKSwithin 7 days of receiving the goods to initiate the return process. Refunds (where applicable) are to be credited to the Credit or Debit card used for the original purchase (excluding shipping fees) after receipt of the returned Products within 7 days.
4. Books with seals or wrapping are not eligible for return after being unsealed or unwrapped. All returns must maintain the product's original condition, including the item itself, instructions, internal and external packaging, promotional gifts, etc.
5. Return applications will result in a refund of the product's sales amount, and the original order's shipping fee will not be refunded.
